Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All SEO Analyze services are delivered digitally. No physical documents, drives, or materials are shipped. Deliverables are sent electronically to the email address you provided at checkout. Deliverables typically take the form of PDF reports, spreadsheet data files (.xlsx or Google Sheets), slide decks (.pptx or Google Slides), and written recommendation documents.

2. What Happens After Payment

After your payment is confirmed by Stripe, the following process begins:

  1. Order confirmation (immediate): You receive an automatic payment receipt from Stripe at your checkout email.
  2. Onboarding email (within 1 business day): We send an onboarding email with project details, any access requests we need, and your expected delivery date.
  3. Onboarding questionnaire (within 3 business days): We may ask a short set of questions about your site, business context, and main concerns to ensure the analysis is focused on what matters most to you.
  4. Analysis begins: Once we have any required access and questionnaire responses, your analysis is queued and begins within 2 business days.
  5. Delivery: The completed report is sent to your email address. We also offer a brief delivery call for Growth Package and Dominate Package clients to walk through the key findings.

3. Standard Delivery Timelines

The following are our standard delivery windows from the date all required information and access has been received:

  • Site Crawl and Technical Analysis: 5 to 8 business days
  • Keyword Gap and Opportunity Report: 4 to 6 business days
  • Backlink Profile Audit: 5 to 7 business days
  • Page Speed and Core Web Vitals Report: 3 to 5 business days
  • Competitor Intelligence Report: 5 to 8 business days
  • Schema and Rich Results Setup: 4 to 7 business days (plus implementation time if applicable)
  • Diagnostic Package (combined): 8 to 12 business days
  • Performance Package (combined): 10 to 15 business days
  • Dominate Package (combined): 14 to 20 business days

These timelines assume timely receipt of all required access and questionnaire responses. Delays in client-provided information extend the delivery window proportionally.

4. Priority Turnaround

If you purchase the Priority Turnaround add-on, your project is moved to the front of our queue and delivery timelines are reduced by approximately 40-50%. Priority delivery is honored based on queue position at the time of order and resource availability. We will confirm priority timelines in the onboarding email.

5. Large or Complex Sites

Sites with over 50,000 indexed pages, multiple subdomains, or unusual technical configurations may require additional delivery time. We will notify you of any timeline adjustment within 2 business days of beginning analysis, before any delay occurs.

6. What We Need from You

Depending on the service purchased, we may require:

  • Google Search Console access (View permission level minimum)
  • Google Analytics access (if traffic data is needed)
  • Your website URL and sitemap location
  • List of priority pages or keyword targets
  • Names of 2 to 3 main competitors
  • CMS login (for schema implementation only, if applicable)

We request only the minimum access required. We do not retain access credentials after the project is complete.

7. Delivery Notification

When your report is ready, we send it by email. The email includes:

  • The complete deliverable(s) as attachments or a secure link
  • A summary of the most important findings
  • Recommended next steps
  • An offer for a 15-minute Q&A call (optional, available for all packages)

8. Revisions and Corrections

If a delivered report contains factual errors, we will correct and redeliver the affected section within 3 business days of your request. Requests for corrections must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. This is distinct from disagreement with our recommendations, which is not grounds for revision.

9. Delivery Failure

If our delivery email bounces or you do not receive your report within 2 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us immediately at hello@seo-analyze.com. We retain a copy of all deliverables for 12 months after delivery and can resend at any time.
