1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SEO Analyze, operating at 814 Richards Ave, Ashtabula, OH 44004, USA. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

SEO Analyze provides digital SEO analysis and technical audit services delivered exclusively as digital reports and documents. Services include site crawl and technical analysis, keyword gap reports, backlink profile audits, page speed assessments, competitor intelligence, and schema markup implementation. No physical products are delivered.

3. Orders and Acceptance

An order is placed when you complete the Stripe checkout process and receive payment confirmation. By completing payment, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Refund Policy, and that the billing information provided is accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. We do not store or access your payment card details. Prices are fixed at the time of order and may change for future orders without notice. Confirmed orders are not affected by subsequent pricing changes.

5. Scope of Work

The scope is defined by the package or configuration selected at checkout. Items not listed in the package description are outside scope unless agreed in writing. If your site significantly exceeds typical scope (e.g., an unusually large catalog), we will notify you before proceeding.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide required access (e.g., Google Search Console), respond to onboarding requests within 5 business days, and disclose any significant site changes planned during the analysis period. Delivery delays caused by insufficient client cooperation are not our responsibility.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines begin after receipt of all required access. Deliverables are sent electronically to the email provided at checkout. See our Delivery Policy for standard timelines.

8. No Rankings Guarantee

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties. Our deliverables represent professional analysis based on established SEO practices.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables become your property. You may not resell our deliverables as independently produced work without written consent. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies and templates.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share as confidential. We will not identify your business by name in marketing materials without your written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, business, or data.

12. Dispute Resolution

We encourage direct resolution via hello@seo-analyze.com before formal proceedings. These Terms are governed by Ohio law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ashtabula County, Ohio.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
