Questions We Get Before the Order
Straight answers. If something is not covered here, email us at hello@seo-analyze.com before ordering.
Free tools give you raw data. They flag issues by type but do not tell you which issues matter for your specific site, in your specific market, at your current stage of authority. Our analysis layers context on the data: why a particular issue is costing you rankings, how severe it is relative to other issues, and what to do about it in what order.
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days from when we receive site access and completed intake. The 48-hour Priority Delivery add-on is available for smaller sites (under 1,000 pages) and depends on availability. We confirm this before you pay.
Read-only access to Google Search Console is required for all packages. For the Performance and Dominate packages we also request Google Analytics read access. We never need CMS or hosting credentials.
Our core service is analysis and reporting. We provide specific implementation guidance in the report and during the review call. We can also provide implementation support as a separate engagement for clients who need it.
Not necessarily. Some of our best-fit clients have an agency running their SEO but want an independent technical review to confirm the work is solid. We have found things that went unnoticed for months. Think of it as a second opinion with receipts.
The Dominate package includes a 3-month monitoring period with bi-weekly calls. Monitoring means we alert you to ranking changes, new technical issues introduced after the initial fix period, and competitor movement. It does not include new audits or additional reports after month one.
For sites under 6 months old with under 50 pages, the Diagnostic package is the right starting point. Larger analyses on very new sites tend to surface issues that are normal for that stage rather than meaningful problems.
Reports are delivered as structured PDFs with an accompanying Google Sheet for the issue tracker. The issue tracker includes columns for status tracking so your team can mark items as in-progress or complete.
We have a clear refund policy available on the Refund Policy page. Work completed to date is non-refundable, but if we fail to start work within the agreed window or deliver an incomplete report, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
For sites under 6 months old with under 50 pages, the Diagnostic is the right starting point. Audits of very small new sites often surface issues that are normal for that stage rather than meaningful problems. We will tell you this honestly before you order if you ask.
We offer analyst support hours as an add-on that covers post-delivery implementation guidance, developer Q&A sessions, and additional review calls. These are configured during ordering and can be scheduled flexibly within 60 days of report delivery.
